I found one! It’s a Black Angus Ribeye- 1.67 lbs— thick as heck...I looked up method to defrost quickly ( microwave ruins it) and one site says put in cold water and change water every 30 minutes for about an hour and a half...do you have a better plan? I don’t want to cut it all up...should I roast in oven, instead?
