Let this happen no more. No more British colonizations.

Here’s an example: “The British repeated their success in Nigeria, destroying the ancient Benin City in 1897, using three maxim machine guns and 1,300 troops to destroy a Benin army of 100,000, and looting of the artworks we now know of as symbolising Nigerian culture.”

“During the early morning of Oct. 25, 1893, a column of 700 soldiers from the British South African Police camped in a defensive position next to the Shangani River.
While they slept, the Matabele king Lobengula ordered an attack on the column, sending a force of up to 6,000 men—some armed with spears, but many with Martini-Henry rifles.
Among its weapons, the column possessed several Maxim machine guns. Once a bugler sounded the alert, the Maxims spun into action—and the results were horrific.“

Horrific slaughter of hundreds of thousands of nearly unarmed people by the British. This cant be tolerated again.

Terrible I agree, but not my decision, you did say they launched the attack on the sleeping British.

A terrible defense indeed though perhaps not as bad as the Americans burning people alive in their tunnels, with flame flowers.

But two wrongs don't make a right, stop all slaughter.

The british colonized north america as well as spain and france. Spaniards are the most brital for what they did in central america. My family not here until the start of the 20th century.

Did your ancestors not profit in some way from the atrocities committed by "the settlers" by being able to immigrate to "the USA" when they did?

I'm sure the Spaniards were brutal. I'm also sure that comparing the different ways that invaders destroyed cultures and their indigenous people isn't going to serve much purpose on this site.
It will only serve to create bigger wedges between people who are already having enough of a hard time with the different confinements due to the virus...

You see in these united states we still have a freedom of speech. And for some funny reason, when Europeans bash the usa i sometimes remind them of the truth which is basically to point out how hypocritical they are. wave
