I've lost 1.7 pounds this week folks, and i am aiming to lose 60 pounds over the coming few months .And will build my muscles up during the process.I am a big strapping lad, and my big build accommodates this.I went to a dietitian a few years ago, to help me lose weight and it worked.I don't spend all hours gods sends in the gym.I just stay active that's all.I apologise for any of the other threads or comments, that may have offended you.
