20 years ago I decided to change my life. I quit drinking, stopped lying and stopped using profanity. Today I lie very little, curse very little and no alcohol. It's worked out well for me.

My grandma, being an older generation when it was impolite and unacceptable for women to swear, used to say: "Go to parsley" (instead of "Go to hell") when she was angry.

Funnily enough I very rarely swear in Spanish (my native language). Most of my swearing is done in English or French ...
