Well yes, but many churches were closed here before (and I'm not sure about how things stand with Christmas services now) luckily the birth wasn't in the UK or Whitty, Vallance et al would certainly have tried to prevent it from happening - or issue a fine for an unauthorised stable birth.Certainly they'd pop a mask on the baby, asap:

Another u-turn by our incompetent government.
We were promised the epidemic would be gone by September, then test and trace would slow and finally rid of this virus , then only last week we were promised our Christmas will resume as normal for a few days at least , then the bombshell on Saturday, without prior warning.
I , like the majority, have lost confidence in our government!!
