For over 5 years, I talked with someone I met on another dating site with forums. It started with a message of a thumbs up, for a song I posted...He was a drummer..in a blues band....
We could talk for hours about anything and everything. But, there was this side of him..that would go Jekyll/Hyde...name calling..yelling...and then the silent treatment...I asked him to not call me anymore.
A few months ago, after not hearing from him in almost 2 years...I get a text from him asking me if I had sold my home and bought a condo....I probably should have never answered that text...
He was all nice at first, then started the little sarcastic put downs all over again....but, most of all it was the put downs of my family...things I had confided in him.
Long story short, he put down almost all of his women neighbors..even one’s who had done favors for him in the past....
Actions speak louder than words...I finally blocked his number....
I have given up on meeting anyone...if it happens in my real world..Great..if not, so be it.

People that feel the need to put others down in any way are extremely weak, insecure and unhappy individuals... Happy people don't have the need to put down, call names or disrespect in any way... That's true... People with mental issues wrongly think that by trying to put others down or to hurt them, they will feel better... But that never happens, because the problem is THEM and how unhappy and mentally unhealthy they are, and not the people they are trying to hurt or damage... I totally agree with you and I have ran away as fast as I could... I don't have the time or desire to deal with any lunatics, haters, bitter, resentful or all the above individuals; thank you very much...
