My ex and son, his wife and 2 of my grandchildren have covid,
I feel your pain, i really do, but we still have to keep going,
and this too shall pass, and think of how nice it will be to see your daughter,
and other family members hopefully sooner than we think, that's what keeps me going for now

It the first year that I haven’t been together with my daughter since birth .
Maybe I’ve been a little overprotective since I lost my father many years ago , and my brother a few years back .
It’s probably hit me harder this year , not having family around this year .

I know , it's been a shocking year , but take consolation from the fact that your daughter is in good health It the first year that I haven’t been together with my daughter since birth .

and with modern technology, you will be able to chat with and see her over the Christmas period , then
