Somewhere I read or heard that it’s helpful to either say, or write, the things we want to improve on. And, since The New Year is generally a good time, or as good a time as any, I’ll start. Hopefully a few of my observations and experiences will help, but I certainly don’t want to impose that. So, mine are: to lose even more weight and increase exercise, be careful with finances, and to gain more skills and a pleasant outlook and demeanor with others. I already got started this morning on the finances part. I had set aside forty dollars for a new wallet. The one I have seemed OK, but the drivers license/medical cards section was dog eared and the documents fall out every time I open the wallet. So, I emptied the whole thing out, sorted what didn’t really need to be in it (a bunch of crap) and found the exact seams that were causing it to not “hold” the things in. I triple-sewed that pocket sleeve back. I then smoothed out the wallet flat, gave it a good cleaning and leather treated, and PRESTO, it’s like new and looks dapper enough. Saved forty bucks, at least for now. Another hint, guys. Like a good hot breakfast? When you make your omelet and fries or hash browns, double the order, and split it before sitting down. Put the seconds in a dish, cover, put in fridge. You have a yummy breakfast you only have to nuke the next day...simple enough, but we don’t always think about it. Last, stash a spare car key in your wallet. Almost every man I know has always got his wallet in his hip pocket, so if you lock the car with keys in, you have a key ON you...you can keep a spare house key in there, too, or at least one in the car, because you already can get into the car. Just some things to remember. If you are in the market for a gas can, I strongly urge you to pony up the few extra bucks and get the one that pours FROM THE BOTTOM. Honestly, I don’t know why it took so long for these to hit market. They are BRILLIANT. Happy New Year, everyone...
Dunno what hash browns are and I don't eat fries. And I prefer my omelette freshly made, thank you. So you spare money and avoid to consume unnecessary calories: win-win.
My Resolutions and Affirmations to close 2020 ad make space for the new experiences of 2021
1. I let go of any unhealthy attachment to the past, people, routines, the way of living, ideas... 2. I let go of the idea that I know how things should be, people should be, places should be, I should be ... 3. I let go of the full spectrum of expectations from myself, others, places, society... 4. I let go of every trauma kept in my cells memory... 5. I void all contracts that were entered into against my free will...
I make space and welcome good health, plenitude and abundance in 2021 and beyond
I wish everyone good health, plenitude and abundance for 2021 and beyond
Whatever this year brings, it can't be worse than the year coming to an endd. You get what you give .......treat people miserably, you'll be miserable. You don't always have to be right. A smile can be seen through your eyes if it's genuine and goes a much longer way than a frown. People will always remember how you made them feel. Treat others the way you want others to treat you.
Although difficult at times, I try to make this the game plan for everyday living. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I fail but I never fail to try.

I am going to try to treat people better, and with more tolerance, I have experienced some wobbles with this Covid and after locking myself out of my house a couple of times I've invested in a key safe.

Are you sure about that?
Granted, we may get a reprieve, but for the 50yrs I been on earth it's only gone from bad to worse so based on the past ( which is our only basis for speculation ) it can only get worse and I'm not just talking pandemic.

Well for women, things have changed a lot, for better, in the last 50 years!
