Tiger_Moth: Try fresh cooked salmon with a honey and mustard sauce made with that mustard. It's yummee
Dijon mustard? Best mustard ever!!!
I grew up on it!!

It's also great for marinating meats (unless you're vegetarian or vegan) with the mustard, garlic and olive oil and salt & pepper all rubbed into it, then leave a few hours before cooking yay

I put a smither of mustard and A-1 sauce on a steak I would be grilling or cast iron frying.

I also like a smither of mustard and a squeeze of orange juice on Halibut to be baked in oven.

I'm not sure if this is a mustard thread laugh so I went in two different directions uh oh

I used to love the A-1 sauce. I also loved the green sauce you got in Taco Bell. Sneaked a few sachets in my suitcase to take back to the Uk. Loved the creamed spinach sauce too. grin
