Hasn't scared you off yet! Missing someone can not be insulting unless the people listening/reading feel they're in a competition and they must prove their worth and 'win against the old member' ... bit weird if you ask me to feel threatened by absent people

True, the only explanation I have for that is ... I have boundaries and i have received five skipper award badges from other cs members for having boundaries.
