Some great insight there and my thoughts were drawn to this very subject whilst I am in the throes of being contained due to this virus.
I try to take time out every day to evaluate the important versus the trivia and put my own life into perspective.
It does help to sort the wheat from the chaff so to speak.

Its a good habit to get into. Just taking a minute between our different tasks during the day to still the mind is really beneficial. bodleing2: Its a good habit to get into. Just taking a minute between our different tasks during the day to still the mind is really beneficial. Just to detach your thoughts from what you've been doing and what youre about to do is very calming.
