Pharma companies sold half o what vaccines they produced to the highest bidder while leaving back those that financed the development of specific vaccines,if i am not mistaken the pfizer sold twice the price of a single vaccine to israel which EU agreed with pfizer...As for control this is how we stand in Europe re vaccines.
