Cuisine: Which is the healthiest? (35)

The meat and rice was cooked over a blaze in front of us. I compared it to Chinese and it was much better, and healthier. I don't think the Chinese eat what they feed Americans or they wouldn't be so skinny. I actually haven't had a lot of different cuisines to compare it to, but it was good. I also like Italian a lot. Aren't you glad i'm not asking you to choose one for the rest of your life. I like some Indian spicy food, and Spanish food but neither of those would be a forever choice. Choosing the healthiest for me so far, i would choose Japanese. I hated sushi until i ate their sushi that night with shrimp, salmon, and chicken and i liked it. But i think there is many more to choose from...What you got?

I agree. Japanese cuisine is the healthiest although I gotta admit I haven’t tried a lot of other cuisines in my life .....
