Lunabeam: I went out last week and had Japanese food for the first time, i had steak and shrimp, vegetables, rice and soup. The meat and rice was cooked over a blaze in front of us. I compared it to Chinese and it was much better, and healthier. I don't think the Chinese eat what they feed Americans or they wouldn't be so skinny. I actually haven't had a lot of different cuisines to compare it to, but it was good. I also like Italian a lot. Aren't you glad i'm not asking you to choose one for the rest of your life. I like some Indian spicy food, and Spanish food but neither of those would be a forever choice. Choosing the healthiest for me so far, i would choose Japanese. I hated sushi until i ate their sushi that night with shrimp, salmon, and chicken and i liked it. But i think there is many more to choose from...What you got?

Mediterranean diet! For me is the most attractive! I used to love it when some of our English friends in the UK would go to Greece or Spain on holiday then come back and lecture me on the benefits of a Mediterranean diet!!!
