Lunabeam: I dropped another pound today, but i won't tell my roommate because she is struggling with her weight. That's not a big thing but I don't like to hurt people's feelings even though i detest lying, sometimes if i can't give a good reason for my words or actions then i won't say anything or will tell a white lie. I think of how i would feel and put myself in their place. I am a sensitive person so i am sensitive to others. Would you consider yourself sensitive?
nothing wrong with been sensitive, as long as you are able to stay in control of your emotions/ insecurity and see reality. btw, not all sensitives are empathic.
