Yes, riding bikes and motorcycles are good for most people!
First two photos here are of a stock bike identical to my old Yamaha Vmax
Below is me on my Vmax. From the factory, It had around 130 ponies under the saddle and it was the most fun boulevard bike I’ve owned.
A lot of super car and bike enthusiasts wanted to try and race their machine against it. Nothing street legal beat it then.
This bike needed a lot of attention when I couldn’t ride it much so I frequently went out to storage and warmed up the rear tire while locking the front brakes and dumping its clutch with the engine @ 5500 rpm. This bike had no problem running @ 90 mph at 6000 rpm all day long.
