I lived in NJ and made arrangements to meet a man from NY at a specific restaurant for lunch.
I knew about 10 minutes after we sat down at the table that he wasn't for me. When the waitress put the tab on the table I grabbed it with the intention to pay the whole thing. I wanted to do that because he came all the way from NY and I knew I was going to tell him it wouldn't work for us.
He got livid and said he wouldn't allow me to pay the tab. I suggested that he leave the tip for the waitress. He grabbed the tab out of my hand and said "No, you leave the tip". And I did. I left twenty dollars the amount I was going to pay for the tab.
Of interest, this man was Italian. I told others about the story and they said that an Italian man would never let a woman pay the tab for a meal.

Indeed. I see all those businesses closed down and wonder where our civilization is going. You are generalizing because of your experience with women.
I'm saying the vast majority of women...want a man to foot the bill for a meal and a whole lot more...if they can get away with it...simp wimps will always throw money at women and serve women...but it don't mean they ever get laid
I think it's best to be direct with women and not beat about the bush....cause it's not worth playing mind game with women...
If a woman is interested in a man and not his money...she will offer to go dutch or foot the bill
