Not really much of a traveler, but I’m interested in The Big Island lately..however, if I DO go, it will be one-way...I’ll have to be sure it’s what I want, because I’m not moving twice.
I just want to go outside , stand underneath the open sky , feel the open wind , without wearing a mask .. I just want to breath again freely and fearlessly for at least one last time... The place comes to my mind is a calm and quiet green field somewhere near a riverside ...

Agreed, no more masks... That crap is just creepy, and many people have turned it into a fashion statement...
I had to cancel two trips a few months ago..One I cancelled was Hamilton Island & the other trip I cancelled was Surfers Paradise here in Qld Australia..
I would so love a holiday now..I would only travel and inject my cash into my own economy..Hamilton Island is way more expensive than Surfers Paradise & Hamilton Island is a romantic thing I suppose
I enjoy my own company so that wouldn't bother me..I do intend to take a break from being full on physically & mentally both at employment as well as my gym and other exercise regime's I put myself through..No working out just bum in the sun surf and sand.
I was planning on doing a 10 day London Pass in England but because of the covid a lot of places that you used to be able to go to on the London Pass have folded. If I was able to get the vaccinations sooner, I would have gone to an all inclusive resort in Jamaica next month for a week. I just got my first Moderna shot and will get the next shot near the end of next month.
My brother in NYS has all his shots. He said he was going to come down here to Florida next month. We might go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Have not seen the Harry Potter worlds or been on the Simpsons ride. All the theme parks in Orlando have been open since July of last year and most of the water parks opened last month. In the theme parks you still have to wear a mask and have your temperature taken before you go in. However you can take your mask off when eating and Disney now allows no masks for taking selfies in an uncrowded area. They also limit the number of people who go in the parks. I live 60 miles Northeast of Disney World. No masks required in the water parks but they do take your temperature as you go in and capacity of the water parks is very limited.
