when I first stared partying in 87. That and wild frontier by Gary Moore. When the loner came on everybody went quiet and just sucked in the emotions of the room. Amazing memories.

... usually no appetite, always tired, chills and a tender head with these headaches that won't go away... it's lasted long enough... I forgot how big the purple rain album was in the mid 80's ... Lots of good tunes from the 1980's...

Some very good advice was given to you...Maybe, get out and go to some of those events you post about in your area..and meet and talk to people, once you are feeling up to par.

Thank you, and everybody else that talk's to me... it really helps more then I let on... It was not the result I expected, I've had time to reflect, and think about things... I'm going to start walking more... I gradually slowed down on my exercise and walking, and that was the wrong thing to do, I'm the kind of person that needs exercise, or I lose my mind... ... just like certain dogs need more exercise. I'm in the 100 days of summer, I have to take advantage of that! ... otherwise another summer of missed opportunities.Just being outside around people, even if I don't talk to them, seems to help me a lot... And, having people like you and the others on here that talk to me, can make a big difference for my mental health, I'm not a high demand person... it actually takes very little to keep me happy...
I have two parks real close to me, I plan on at least a short walk today...
