Question is if it is a reset when you cross the border to a country south of the one you are in? Would that mean that the closer you get to the ecuator the more thiefing people would get? And is it the opposite in the southern hemisphere? What about you country, do they steal more in any direction? In Sweden there are much more crimes in the south.

The government steals the most so whole country is subject to theft.

We know that hot weather has people more like they have tropical blood. Which means an increase in impulsivity and violent crime. However, theft goes down on a hot day. Yet wouldn't impulsivity and violent crime evolve to a state where you do get theft? If global warming increases violent crime by 16% - as is predicted - would this decline in attitude to life and each other not make its presence known on the cold day? Wouldn't there eventually be other effects from having more husbands who beat their wives? Having an entire community that bit more likely to lash out and lose control would surely set a new tone.

South of the border everybody beyond your immediate family becomes south of the border. Same as in the city. You're much closer to people who are violently competitive until one day friendly conversation between mother and daughter will be conducted at gunpoint in the united states.
