galrads: Maybe I am slow but I do not get this. Why do women give me their phone numbers today without my asking or hinting I a, interested or without even talking with them. I don’t recall this happening to me in my youth. It happens when I’m in a swimming pool hydrating after a few laps. I stick their paper in a pocket in my trucks and that’s the end of it because i forget about it or the pool chlorine destroys them. Their name isn’t even Jenny.
If dating styles have changed so much with more aggressive cougars out their, why don’t they just ask for my phone number in the pool or club like in the song? .

But if you take a look at the marriage rates compared to the divorce rate, you'll notice that marriage rates have fallen through the floor while divorce rates have risen sky-high.
I read a lot of women testimonies online. They bemoan the availability of men in general, they don't understand why men want to get away from them as opposed to 30yrs ago where THEY were getting away from men. Some cry, really cry now, because they are inntheir 30's and they can't find a guy interested enough to spend a couple of hours with them
I was on a train once last year and it pulled up at a station. I was by the window and this woman on the platform noticed me, climbed in and came to sit right next to me, turned to me and gave me a big O' smile, waiting for me to start conversing.
That type of thing never happened to me 20yrs ago and it's happening now more often than I care to think about.
Times have changed and women have now become the chasers instead of the other way around.
This world is upside down in more ways than I would've imagined 30yrs ago.

It has nothing to do with age. I guarantee you that. I have other explanations for that but although they can be demonstrated to be accurate they are not so popular ( for being the truth ) so I will refrain from mentioning them here.
Suffice to say that if you are a decent guy, if you are honest, frank, kind and can be relied upon, you have LOTS of choices in potential partners nowadays.
