Why "favourite" me if they don't communicate?! (27)

Now, as much as I like the fact that they actually have taken the pain and time to "favourite" me, I just can't communicate with those women, apparently because they have put a restriction/bar on men from my region in order to prevent 'us' from communicating with them. So, my question is, why "favourite" a person/man if they don't want to communicate?! Or is it like they instead want me to communicate with them except, of course, they don't know that they have put restriction on men from my region?!

Perhaps some profiles are for creating lists of potential targets.
The 'favourites' (targets) are then accessed by other workers who mail the target from different profiles.

Somebody may "like" how you think or how you responded in a post that someone wrote but just because they like what you said it doesn't mean they want to get in bed with you.------ This thread is Archived ------

I think it's because of the limitations of block settings..
Let's say , they really like you for some reason (like your profile or your photos or your posts on forums etc.)... So they wanted to show that by 'Like' or 'Favourite' options...
But when it comes to communicate with someone , for some reason (mostly for scam warning) , they have been blocked your region allready...
Now the problem is , even though they are sure that you are not a scammer and they like you , but to communicate with you , they will need to lift the blocking from entire region you belong ... And that will eventually lift their safety guard (from supposed scammers) as well...
As far I know , there is no option available to allow some specific person to communicate from a blocked region...
So it's more like some technical issue I guess...

Your right Tanz default was certain parts of the world pre-blocked from over here,
I had to go actively in and lift it.
O.P. if they only dare to like or favorite they a bit scared

I get a lot of these but rarely get a mail from people on the list most profiles are still active so maybe they just change their mind

I’ve been “favorited” somewhere around a hundred times, maybe more...they don’t respond when I reply or try to establish a friendship. I don’t understand it, but since it occurs so much, and also to other members, I chalk it up to it just being a trend of this site. Not worth mulling over too much, imo...
