To earn a patent protection from the USPTO, the invention must be new, useful and non-obvious. Additional related patents were initially denied because the specifications failed the novelty test (being new).

Both the disease and alleged cure (and it's not a cure) have been known for 2 decades.

Just before the outbreak, Bill Gates and others war-gamed what could happen if an outbreak occurred.

A couple months later, all feigned surprise as it's been unfolding, just as anticipated.

Key to their plan is the stirring up of panic and fear.

Normal legal obstacles have been swept aside and civil liberties suspended.
