I hope that is a joke as it is not funny to be homeless or almost. I have lived in USA in the eighties, it was bad already then with a lot of homeless under I-95 in Miami. I understand from employing a few of them that they where fugitives from the north. But now many more are in that situation. I will never move to USA again.

No idea why so many are fascinated with the U.S. yet seem to care or mention little of their own respective regions.
every region seems to have the same and similar issues. population can dictate greater and lesser extents.
since government helps create the problems and people keep voting the same trash, expecting different results, eventually it won't matter much as at all. government will have all funds, and even more homeless as they continue to live high on the hog at tax payer expense; doing what they please as long as it doesn't require upholding any oaths or working for the citizens they;re supposed to represent.
