I like green eggs and ham, I will eat them in a store. I will eat a little more. I like them in a tree. I will share some, you and me. Sometimes I fry them in a pan. I believe they've made me a heathy strong man.

Oops ....*sorry* Dr Seuss 
I actually cracked open an egg once and it literally was green (yoke and white)...a kind of transluscent green. Thinking it was a one off I opened another one...and same again. I was 15 at the time and I've never seen that another one since...weird huh?

What are grits anyway? This side of the Atlantic grit is used to provide grip on the roads when it's very icy...or the stuff you'd sweep off the driveway...definitely not edible
