Maybe they didn't realise you were in trouble. There are people in this world who would have given their lives for you, and I'm not talking about one person it's happened more than once.They can go to hell.

It is a beautiful idea and should be implemented if one can. I believe what I have heard "The giver receives the biggest blessing". When someone gives from the heart it makes them feel good.

I like the random acts of kindness and pay it forward idea.
It can set people up for the day smiling and feeling almost appreciated even if it's a stranger.
Just to put a smile on someone's face is the simplest thing and costs nothing.

That's what communities used to be about..Everyone doing their bit for the rest of society...and everyone knew they were as important and vital as the next man or women...those days are well and truly gone though..sadly

But on the sober note: I really don't want to rain on your parade, but it is also outside my control.
Doctor will give you the best treatment, that she or he knows of or the best that you can afford. It does not necessarily imply the best treatment available.
If you give money to the needy, that's good and well. Buys you clean consciousness for a while, but doesn't solve the problem that made them needy in the first place.
I am alone. There are a lot of people around me - endured 4 Zoom-meetings today - but I am still alone. Your time will be wasted as I am an introvert.
But again: good advice stands :)
