I’ve seen this before— and sometimes there’s a “bar bully”—- and this overall pub crawlers agreement to “ not say or do anything to upset Merry Andrew…” and people actually walk on eggshells and kowtow to this dried up meadow muffin.

And chivalry is backdropped against a sea of barbarians. White knight is an effective mating strategy because of the feudal darkness. Chivalry is all about a time and people who know the meaning of pain and suffering, but in the modern world the opposite is the case. You'd have to be very unfortunate today to go through the sort of pain and suffering that was historically usual.

I hear you. It’s a big enough issue to have books written about it, movies made about it, therapists with doctoral degrees having a brisk business going, talk-shows highlighting it, courtrooms over-flowing with problems caused by it, families torn apart and friendships ruined by it. Perhaps not as big a portion, like you suggest, but more than enough to stink up the pond…

You are spot on, Rohan, but in my humble opinion, only men- again only men- are to be blamed for such situation. Now, you may wonder why i would say such a thing. Well, my response would be, men haven't invested enough in understanding what women really like. We men, generally speaking, actually always like to take the liberty to take women for granted. Women are not really to be taken for granted because they are created by God as a very "unique" entity.
