Because the demands and expectations in a relationship are not in a friendship.When people are in love they expect certain things to happen even demand them sometimes.
In a good friendship I go with the flow and accept the differences between us.

I have to disagree... I don't and can't see any of my male friends as potential boyfriends/husbands... Once I label them as "friends" in my mind, there's nothing left to do... They become relatives/family/brothers and I don't date my relatives... So, nope... That does not work for me... Love turned into friendship sounds way easier... At least, to me...

the friend zone...not a good place to be in...if you are attracted to the person...who puts you in the friend zone and i would not suggest...waiting and hoping...she might change her mind...cause she don't think of you as a bedroom buddy and doubtful she ever will..once in the friend zone...your chances became a zillion to one...against you getting any from her

Well, when a person is in a friend zone, that’s because they not interested in nothing else
they don’t usually see them as dating material
so go on and see other people and don’t get stuck on waiting
