In accordance with the current state of confusion, no there are no additional parallel space-time continuums. The idea that one of these would be called a dimension comes from the comic books.
The only quality of a dimension is distance. The x-y-z axes are used to measure the space continuum, they don't have a real correspondence like "north."
If you add a dimension to time, you solve things like the twin-slit experiment and uncertainty. So yes, I'd say there are other place-times, other Nows, but they aren't distinct time streams or anything like that.

How do you add a dimension to time? Never heard of that one before....And how do you use time to prove the wave/particle duality and the uncertainty principle. Because that's just a very simple mechanical method of showing wave-particle duality of light...The only quality of a dimension is distance. Actually time needs 3 "dimensions" to exist at all. Dimensions don't exist on their own. They have distance but no direction--you can rotate x-y-z any way you like.

Time doesn't need any dimensions to exist. It passes regardless of where it is, what it's in and what's around it. We could totally and completely change the way we measure time and nothing would change in the physical world..because time is a concept and personally, I have always suspected, we're measuring it wrong. Dimensions do exist on their own...If you put a dot , draw a line a piece of paper or make a cube of that piece of paper... it will stay there for all eternity until it's moved/changed by someone or something..

I asked you to clarify how you "add" a dimension to time, but you didn't really answer it...
I suspect what you were (probably) trying to say is that if you "use" other dimensions to reference time ....
In the interference experiment time isn't really relevant. It has no bearing whatsoever on the mechanical characteristics of light and whether it's going to act as a wave or a particle. That behaviour is determined by the evironment it's in. Time is just simply there, omnipresent, and has no effect whatsoever on the experiment....
