I'll be listening to a few randoms wandering the streets letting off fireworks in our otherwise peaceful neighbourhood.

Every day I get up I celebrate! I am planning on doing the same thing I have done for years. Sit home alone. Reflect back through my life. Create a good meal. Then the next day my celebration begins. A little work around the house, maybe a kayak adventure or a beach stroll. Contact a couple of friends and family to just say Hi! When I was little my Mom use to tell me that what you do on the first of the year would be what you do all year long so don't clean. I grew up and realized I like clean. I like me time and out door time and I like friends.

Yeh, NYD dinner and fireworks display in the garden afterwards....or so I'm told anyway. I'm not one to get too stressed about stuff like this and tend to let everyone else do the headless chicken stuff, but it;ll be good craic though......
