I watched some of the documentary on Epstein. I'm not at all condoning what Epstein or Maxwell or indeed Prince Andrew may have done, but there was instances where those girls were left home and then asked to come back to Epsteins mansion....why, if you're a young girl and feel taken advantage of and are scared , would you go back into the lions den. Doesn't sit well with me. Sometimes I think girls of a certain age see the dollar signs and the attractive lifestyle. They find out quick what the consequences of that lifestyle are, but still want the lifestyle.
This is only a minority I'm talking about and I'm no royalist...but it smacks of opportunity to me.
michaelright: I guess Andrew has a cure for his inability to sweat
Think that's the least of his problems at the moment. Guess his Mum's paid the debt owing on the Swiss chalet so now he needs to sell it to cover any other expenses that he just might incur.grin:

He'll find himself shot a couple of mil, but he won't face any criminal charges.

The damage has already been done T.C. He's lost all credibility and will be ostracised from society and no doubt lose many of his patronages. Hardly a good position to be in .

Don't be too sure of that. Andrew has until July 14 to potentially answer questions about the case under oath, following a ruling made by Kaplan last year. If the case is not settled, Prince Andrew could face a trial date between September and December 2022.

tomcatty: The fact remains he still doesn't have to face any criminal charges in court see #281
He faces charges alright the only difference being that in a criminal court he could face jail but in a civil court he will have to have some very deep pockets. The fact that it going to court is the issue which will be his demise.
tomcatty: If you think the British taxpayer will pay for any of this you are wrong, he's probably got a tidy fortune himself, and the Bank of Mum. Ni offence,
Roughly about 62 million. Hope he gets taken to the cleaners.
