rohaan: I can maybe shine a light on your question. I think if you’ve ever had to micro-manage home economics (and according to research, 97% of us have) and paper products, laundry soap, dish soap were needed, but so were other items, we had to make a choice. So, those items became “dear”, and running out posed a cash problem. I, too, have a lion’s share of home products. Not to bore you, but in my storage “nook/closet”, I have at least two years’ supply of: toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, bath and kitchen spray cleaners, windex, powdered cleanser, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body lotion, aspirin, Tylenol, Velcro, masking tape, scotch tape, tacks, magnet backing, needles, thread, auto-detail kits, dryer sheets, rubber bands, staples, postage stamps, writing pads/grocery list pads, envelopes, cards, light bulbs, batteries, air fresheners, pens, pencils, lighters, incense, candles, coffee filters, stove burner drip trays, sticky note pads, trash bags, storage containers, several kinds of glue and several new typewriter ribbons (yes, I still have mine!)
