I have to drink wine as I brew my own All my family are wine lovers, they love to have a glass or two at weekend to chill out after their weeks work and as it's so expensive here in the Uk, they rely on me brewing it. Plus it gives me something to do. Why should they pay £8 per bottle when I can brew 23 litres for £17, even though it does take 3 months to ferment. It needs to be perfect

have you ever made whine using fruits like apricots, apples, pears etc. wines from them are more difficult to filter butt they are good. Wine made from dandelion blooms can quickly knock you on your butt

I drink dandelion and burdock all the time. It's a "pop" "Soda" drink here in the Uk. Actually made from Dandelions and Burdock plants It only becomes alcoholic when mixed with other ingredients ------ This thread is Archived ------
