My mother raised us 6 kids and mostly alone as my dad worked all hours, as was most households.
She is an even better grandmother...loving kind funny in her own little way, but LOVE is all I can think of when I think of Mam...and I hope I have her for many years to come.
The line is as true today as its always been " mammies do know best "
