Fuel is supply and demand, remember a year or so ago when it went into negative figures? We bought I think 90 million bucks worth and the storage would cost much more than that. But no mention of that now, surprise surprise.
Interest rates, well the smart money has had nothing to do with that since 2008. Unless you have to for some dodgy reason.

I though it had something to do with some agreement with 'somewhere further East' that can't 'be agreed upon' for the supply that is supposedly piped from there to Europe causing a shortage and prices to skyrocket...Why has inflation shot up to 5% and they still don't pay us interest on our savings??????

Something else happening in Spain is a shortage of materials. For instance, people who want made to measure windows and doors have to go on a waiting list of several months because the manufacturers can't get hold of the materials ...
