No kidding. Anyone working for me leaves any telephone device at the front office. People are abusing cell phone usage at the workplace. An employer has the right to expect and demand a paid employee’s UNDIVIDED attention. Carrying a cell phone is too much of a temptation - AND, there just aren’t THAT many emergencies. Come on…I understand the opposing argument, however, it can be solved by having the person call the business. Then, administration can decide if it’s important enough to interrupt the work day.------ This thread is Archived ------

I agree 100% maybe break time use their phone like some folk have their smoke then but thats just my opinion
