Joe Biden has been the catalyst in re-building a broken NATO coalition of countries and has brought together 35 countries who have levied sanctions on Russian goods; air travel; gas and oil exports, and financial benefits of Putin and the Russian Oligarchs. A united response will be a long-term benefit for every democracy in the world. There is no place for Russian terrorism. There is no place for a brutal dictator. Democracy is the only way to beat dictatorships!
