Youcannow: Well , her release did coincide with the 390 million odd the British government owed Iran for undelivered chieftain tanks .
As a journalist she did work for BBC world service trust, an international charity that provided training courses to Iranian citizen journalists and bloggers in its Iran Media Development Project's ZigZAg magazine and associated radio programme...and later moved to Thompson Reuters foundation... Do you think she was worth 390 million and why? Training Iranian bloggers and journalists can be tricky if you step outside of the legal zone... I've been twice in Iran and trust me they have rules which you have to obey, just like any other place...I guess... I am looking at it as a former journalist, don't get me wrong...

I don’t think the 3 , let’s call them hostages , done anything untoward . I’m fact , there was no charges brought against them .
Youcannow: Apparently, the agreement was for Britain to hand over the money to be used for human rights issues, rather than to spend on expanding their Arsenal.
A faith in Iran that has nothing to do with Iran and everything to do with the new pariah.

What we think has nothing to do with what had happened I guess... "Charities" that teach you journalism when you are already a journalist sounds like looking for troubles to me... When you play with fire you get burnt...

Maybe , but it’s common knowledge in our media at least , is that the release was subject to Britain paying off its debts to Iran . They’ve made no secret about it .
The recommendation of how the money should be spent is more or less cynical when you know who you are talking to... They paid for something and it is not the life of three human beings...for sure...

You could be right . I see that Boris is scrambling to make deals on energy & with Saudi showing him the cold shoulder & Iran who have great oil reserves. Put 2+2 together…
Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe does not owe us gratitude, says former foreign secretary Jeremy Hunt.
Former foreign secretary...not a present one... He didn't do anything for her, why is he talking on the behalf of those who did... And Zaghari should have showed more gratitude , after all she was imprisoned in her own country... Britain owes her nothing... The consequences of her own actions are her own consequences... Aren't they?
