I think you need to use a photo hosting service on the internet. upload your photos to it and then it gives you a image url to post on cs.

Ok, instrutioni for priv photos:
1) go to a BLOG of yours (star up right corner/my account/ manage my stuff
2) At your blog list press EDIT (edit this blog GREEN button) at any blog of yours
3) nr.4 from left is '4.Upload', press that
4) browse (your computer) and Upload Photo
5) Copy the image code
6) paste it in your Forum comment
For video clips you need a video channel like a youtube channel of your own
(not sure but that is my impression)
Then you copy paste the ytube vid like any other vid.
For sound-clips I have seen folks do viccaroo or what it's called
over at bogs at least (years ago since I last saw it) but it's fun to hear
the voice of a forumer/bogger yea...hehe.

You upload your image into PostImages and it will generate link.
Cope then paste generated: Hotlink for forums

If you have a cellphone with a camera you can download your pictures to Twitter then right click on the picture and choose "open image in new tab" then go to that new tab and copy the web address of that picture then come to CS to post then click on the "img" button, delete the highlighted text in the box then past the web address of the picture.The best dance since Saturday Night Fever
