Yep you have to roll real slow and get right into the muscles..It hurts but it worksMy ball is hard plastic with hard spikes..I also use a tennis ball or a roller like a huge long rolling pin
I use it as a deep sports massage
I do have a massage recliner as well

I enjoy life and my family, but the empty seat around the table at family gatherings is hard to ignore, sure lets just post a video of the Red Arrows or Rule Britannia and pretend all is normal..
