I twice spoke to a chick here at cs and both times she wanna go to whatsapp and I could only say sorry don't have it but I have skype. Ooold school.
Is that stuff safe?
Not sure how safe it is, but been using it for the past 10 years or so with minimal issues (e.g. voice call/video quality). She asked a ton of questions regarding my family and location of where Ilve???
She even claim she is studying Oslo and norwegian online...

You need to give your details, either phone or email....and don't forget, nothing is secret!
We just need to discern, who's a scammer and who isn't!

I also prefer to go to voice relatively soon especially If I'm in doubt if I like the person or trust.

Whatsapp uses end-to-end encryption which makes it more secure than most messaging services. That is of course if you dont mind sharing your phone number and are not put off by the fact that it is owned by facebook.
There have been breaches of security on whatsapp, but not so many considering it has around a billion users worldwide.

at the open digital phonebook the address is there too. Basically after getting my whatsapp number she (or he) can seek me up in person, or arrange to try and steal my ID. If they are clever.
At least they know my full name and address + number. And that I don't wanna give to anybody.
