I am sure, by now one would think about the mechanics of war, not because it is used to resolve a conflict between countries but in my opinion, simply to gain enormous profit from war technologies.
Makes me think, geesh, the leaders of those countries mentioned would get together like boys do and simply bully one country against another and voila ..... big monies are gained.
News in the US hardly touch about the SA/Yemen conflict and I'm not sure why that is.
I searched and what a venture that is. Money making I mean.
LeeCharming: i'm sure many feel the same miss jones
Here's the sad part Lee, we're born to live and not just get drafted to some wars based on lies.
Sure there are truly wars like the Second global war and it was for survival of the fittest. Today its quite different. I'm truly not convinced about killing our youngs for heroism. Really? What about you?

people dying so greedy and corrupt people can make more millions ontop of billions...don't sit well with me at all and it's always been a class war,...the mega rich holding back the rest of us...while they live lavish lives...people are dying for falsehoods while the untouchable overlords...in the club of rome have no clothes...but still peddle their lies.
the emperor has no clothes...say what? the emperor has no clothes....but the sheeple don't listen
Its not so much about judgments who is right or wrong, however clearly mass executions displays complete ignorance of any meaningful Dharma.
Buddhist take a middle way approach, a practitioner should neither harbor either of the two affections like or dislike, as the nature our rebirths including all sentient-beings raise's from the courses for suffering.
The Saudi Arabians are Sunni and Houthi movement is a predominately Zaidi Shia force, whose leadership is drawn largely from the Houthi tribe. Houthi slogan reading "God is the Greatest, Death to America, Death to Israel, Cursed be the Jews, Victory to Islam" indicate to my mind both parties to the conflict as well as the Americans who have been supporting the Saudi, in refueling there planes and other, displays a lack of any meaningful Dharma. Because violence simply leads to more violence, even if not in this life time, killing leads to being killed and the middle way path practiced without affections of like and dislike com.es from understanding the three poisons ignorance hatred and greed give rise to ever more sufferings. It is not just two versions of Islam conflict, it also is an American and Israeli as they are parties to the ongoing sufferings in Yemen. Saudi Arabia, Israel and America are creating the suffering seeds of tomorrows because the courses they are sowing are certain. Karma's (good bad or indifferent) once created whether individually and collectively by activities of governments and citerzens will suffer as a direct consequence of their unwholesome activities.
So not easily to answer your question =you posed in your World War 3 thread because the correct answer may escape thee and me to as its all very complicated, Best I can offer is have careful consideration to the courses, Know that violence leads to ever more violence and the endless cycle of rebirths we all enjoy or other, have been since beginningless time and without end, our true nature found through extensive study/contemplation is moving energy. Therefore today international affairs are in deed complex and shape the tomorrows, try explaining that to Biden or your Pope....

They need to enter into dialog instead of killing people, but chances are long way over the top of Bidens head, maybe WW3 Lyndsy maybe Biden just before the first quad meeting stated he wants World War to rejuvenate the US economy
In the modern world it's not like we can win a war and then that's the end of it. Certainly not the west because of human rights. In the old world they avoided the cycle of violence begetting more violence by simply killing your enemy rather than leaving them injured and vengeful. If you can't get rid of the person, whatever getting rid of them means, then there is no logic to causing them serious harm.

Obs, please elaborate your opinion on how to stop madness.
Now that is the logic we have been coerced into by human rights and nuclear weapons but that doesn't necessarily mean we will be logical about it. People get f*cked off which is the biggest reason we get fights. It is a tall order to go out of your way not to injure people making that essential doesn't make it happen.
You'd have to be considerate enough to do no harm deliberately and forgiving enough to not hate someone for crippling you by accident. Peace on earth basically is this but for the moment our best chance of avoiding world war 3 is if humanity dies of anxiety first. There is a background level of conflict seen as totally normal.

I don't see the connection..but anyway lol....
Yeh the US taxpayers have no idea how many months they have to work for nothing because their taxes are being used to fund the MIC...
USA has a population of approx 300 million people. china is in the 1.2 BILLION...yet look at the difference in expenditure on arms....that alone should have Americans asking some serious questions..especially when a lot of that weaponry is being used to decimate countries and/or "given" to countries like SA, Isreal and now UKraine...

Blathin, I've provided everything I have researched about this war that you were so concerned about. Connection. The MIC plays a big role in pushing weak countries to war. Much like Saudi Arabia is doing in Yemen. Who supplies the ammo? US. Now Rob presented the original cause of conflict in Yemen against Saudi.
Geopolitically mixed with religion. Sunni, backed up by Saudi and Shia a faction yo control the government.

Ah yeh, everyone who's every spent any time looking into what's going on know the MIC are there pushing their profit agenda...
Ah the "original" cause could be antyhing the US can dream up....subterfuge is usually the real original cause...
The British did the same in Ireland. They tried to turn brothers and sisters against each other via religon...and they , the brits, always referred to the troubles in the North (of Ireland) as the catholic versus prodestants (....in reality it was very different..it was the Irish (catholics) against the english (prodestants)...
So you can be sure the sunni/shiite issue has politics at it's root....rather than religion
