So , what do old people generally think about ?
I consider myself old enough...So , what do old people generally think about ?
And what I usually think about is what I am doing today...
I literally live on my own schedule and never forget to do something just for pleasure...
I make my world a better place...for myself and those around me.

I suppose if you’re still as active as you were in your 20s or 30s , & you have the same mindset, nothing much has really changed .And what I usually think about is what I am doing today...

I’m sure as you age , there are other goals you want to achieve. I’ve always found that the more you want to achieve in life , the more youthful you become .
Staying active , both physically & mentally is the secret to eternal youth.

I must admit I am very active, probably even more active than in my younger years...Pushing oneself to do better is the way... We don't know how capable we are if we don't try...
Many just give up and believe they need a rest...

Maybe because I played sports & the injuries have caught up with me .
The mind is still young though & maybe that’s what’s keeping me youthful ( or at least I’d like to think so )

I think about how glad I am I had all that years ago.
I also think about my son in law fighting cancer and hope that he outlives me.
I think about Ukraine and hope that someday Ukrainians will be able to pick up their lives and live in peace so that they can take the dog for a walk in the street or a park.
Right now I'm thinking..........I wish somebody would cook that pork chop that's sitting on the counter

I'm still holding down a demanding job, turning 66 next month So , what do old people generally think about ?
Much of my thoughts are around meeting the expectations of my job, mixed with reaching retirement age at the end of this year, not sure what I want to do about that at present.

I had a really bad back but started weightlifting about three years ago and it changed everything.I wish I could be as active as I was in my prime.

I'm not someone who starts the day with a handful of vitamins and other supplements.
