Cranky_Geezer: It's a really difficult choice since there are so many movies worthy of being in the conversation. For instance, I recently rewatched Good Will Hunting for the first time in a couple of decades. Can't think of too many movies with better writing. And... The acting is first rate all around and if the story doesn't touch your heart then you likely don't have one.
I loved that movie, it made Matt Dakon and Ben Affleck famous. Love the whole story and acting. wave

ooby_dooby: I have a spreadsheet with 374 movies listed. I've rated all of them from 1 to 5. 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest rating. 13 movies are unrated. I list 1 movie which I gave a 6 rating to which is even stranger because this movie isn't even in English, it's Japanese, it's B/W with subtitles and it's 3 1/2 hours long. I'm sure some of you will be able to guess the name of this movie.
Ooby nice to see you. I don't know that movie. wave
