Decent_Love: Science is not only necessary for us, but spirituality is also very useful in our life.

I got a woman in my Sunday school class that thinks God put covid on this earth because the show Threes Company put a guy pretending to be a gay guy. Not an animal bitten by an infected bat that was eaten by a human then spread throughout the world. Science is the reason why we have the vaccines. In America religion does not pay any taxes to the Government. Another lady went on about the Burning Man Festival even though nobody in the class will ever go to it and had nothing to do with the lesson. Got some fat new guy in the Church with a confederate flag tattoo on his leg.

Spirituality used to be a subtle science of the inner unconscious mind, now it has become a mere worship of God.
It was said that as far as science reaches, spirituality starts from after it. Entire science was absorbed in spirituality itself. Where there was no room for imagination (fantasy).
God was made paramount in spirituality, which became the reason for the decline of spirituality. Now spirituality has become just religions, in which there are many Gods by different names. Where there is no room for facts.

Not sure what you mean by ''MOVING towards religious-war'' ...
Weren't most wars of the last few centuries ''religious wars''? A long long time before nuclear fusion was invented ...
Any nation adhering to religious dogmma as a way of controling its people will find it difficult to instill peace amongst its people or worldwide. The boundaries established by dogma would always exclude far too many people.
Spirituality on the other hands does not establish denomination boundaries and excludes nobody ??

I agree with you on this Selenite...and I'll also add that since God is the source of all 'spirit', then it's only obvious that HIS presence be an important, yea crucial, part of Spirituality.

, I believe that it is impossible, simply because "FAITH defies LOGIC" by it's very nature.
The Oxford states that Logic is,
"reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity:"...whilst it also states that Faith is,
"strong belief in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual conviction rather than proof:"
So, how can they come together?

Whilst I respect your opinion Selenite, the Bible ascribes gender to God. For example, "For God so loved the world, "HE" gave "HIS" only begotten son, so that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

With alk due respect, the Bible is published by a religion which sets boundaries according to its dogma and 'the church' as an 'entity' is responsible for many wars and many deaths. (In part the subject of this thread). Gender and religious descrimination can hardly be considered a spiritual loving peace encouraging tool. It's interesting that out of all the religions only Buddhism concurs with many aspects of science. In fact with qiantum physics science is only just catching up with scientific knowledge taught over two thousand uear ago in Buddhism.
