Well I doubt very much that the people that are working in the Uk not just "ENGLAND"
will be thinking about your Independence Day, just like you Americans didn't get 2 days off work while we Celebrated our Queens Platinum Jubilee

Thank you Cell.For the record I did watch the Silver Salute to your Queen on tv and loved every minute of it. The music, the flags, the crowd shouting for the Queen, it was all mesmerizing. I especially liked the number 70 made by the airplanes in the sky. I don't follow your government, heck I rarely follow mine, but I like Queen Elizabeth.

Thank you so much SA although many people ask why we still have a Monarch and many British don't want a Monarch, I personally love our Queen she's dedicated her whole life representing the British people. She vowed on her Coronation that she would devote her life to representing the people of the Uk. She hasn't had it good, she had to tell her own sister Margaret that she couldn't marry Townsend as he was a divorcee and if she did, she would have to give up all her rights as a Princess. So much sadness within the Royal Family.
