You're right. They congregate in shopping centres and on street corners, preying on the elderly and depriving them of their hard earned pensions and Werther's Originals.They need to be stopped.

I don't know anything about that and I don't think there's anything wrong with smart meters. Apparently this is an American thing. They've computerized the electric meter on the house, in the same sense as "smart phones." I am sure the "benefits" will reach all of you soon. I doubt there is anything good in it for the customer.

We don't really have lack of water,
They deverted the water flow from Downstream
Aqueduct , to by pass the the state entirely with tunneling to Mexico,..
A different metering of high prices to those with swimming pools, and lush front yards,..
