On a working day , I’m up at 5 am , tea , wash , shave , Greek coffee , dress , off to work .
And that the whole hour gone .

Not working, so first hour that I'm awake (about 6am) usually involves the following:
yawning & stretching, going to 'pee', prayer, checking and answering messages (as needed), sending morning greetings to close friends & family. Maybe have a cup of hot cocoa whenever I'm done/ready...

Up at 7 am, Shower get dressed, walk Dog ,Take grandchildren to school .

Wake up. Make a cup coffee with a cup of water chaser. Take vitamins and supplements. Breakfast. Get my daily MicroSoft Rewards points and daily free entries for 7-11 rewards points. Check the weather and news online.

My favorite time of day! I'm up at 4:30 for my daily workout, after which it's shower, etc etc, eat breakfast, get dressed and out the door by 7:00 for the 45 minute walk to work. I love mornings!On a working day , I’m up at 5 am , tea , wash , shave , Greek coffee , dress , off to work .

You get alot in before I even wake up....sheeesh Have started taking cold showers in the morning...find them brilliant.
I think the 45 min to work would be enough of a workout for me in the mornings if I had to walk to work...fair play.

The nice thing is that any stress is in the office - not to and from because of heavy traffic.Have started taking cold showers in the morning...find them brilliant.

When you shower, try alternating as-hot-as-you-bear water with cold water. It's very good for your lymphatic system.
