Actually, this morning, when I heard Tony Dow had passed on. So much a part of my life growing up...a friend here in Coos Bay lives in California part time, and was neighbors with Tony. A little verse for Tony:

In my case mostly due to something I seen on
what to me is tv: youtube.
I watch a lot of reactions, either to movies or
good quality music that the new generation growing up today might shed a tear to
as they discovering a larger dimension.
Cos what is on radio today ain't music,
and when they realice that- well tears of happiness.
Brings me joy too.

2 weeks ago when my grandson was born, my son and his partner announced their pregnancy and then my son proposed to her, with a ring he got her 87 years young grandad to make, and I was so proud, excited, happy and tinged with sadness as it was the week of my husband’s anniversary! ITS A GREAT QUESTION,,and only recently,, thought, about it a,,,lot,,, because my feelings and emmotions, are all over the place,,,The lock down,, left,, a terrible,Void in our lives,,,, and i didnt cry in long time,,,,But recently,, things got tougher,, in my ,, mental state of ,,mind,,,,,,But i do know that,, its one of the greatest,, cures,, for our mental state of mind,,

Yeah she lived really long. I fed her on all the best stuff and she had plenty of exercise. I will always miss her as do both my sons Wow, 32 years. Amazing.
I sobbed a couple years ago when I learned a close family member has cancer. Haven't done a full ugly cry since then.

She was a stray when I took her in initially. She just ran into my house when I opened my door to put my empty milk bottles out. She ran in and sat up on my sofa..I tried to put her out but wasn’t happening. She had apparently chosen me to keep her. I fed her and she then never left me . She was free to wander and leave me at any point but she never did. So I had her for her whole life. And I miss her every day.Wow, 32 years. Amazing.

I cried today when I was walking to the train station in Orlando from the gym I go to. I went to a Wendy's Restaurant along the way and discovered that just across the street is the Pulse Nightclub Massacre Memorial.

Me too. It seems the more connected/aware one is, the more one notices when the heart speaks. I also cry in meditation realizing that I am source. That one is closer to joy. When I see or read something beautifly poignant in a happy or sad way...
