Sometimes between people. But overall I'd say life's not fair for better worse. People die when deserve to live and people live when they deserve to die. And do you really think the 1% are the most talented? Of course not. If the next 4% killed the top 1% we'd all be better off. But would we deserve to be? good things are found only in books. In real life, the reality is different. This world is always ruled by bad and cruel people. They just keep wearing the mask of goodness.

It is as like a rocket goes into space by Newton's third law (every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction). The law is simple but it takes a lot of typical rocket science to send a rocket to space.
Law of KARMA is simple but it is very typical to implement.

If we take a look at our own lives we'd probably notice that the nicest people around us have had the most difficult lives.
The most giving and selfless people usually suffer the most too.
Being too nice can kill you.
Knowing your boundaries and not going overboard to please and serve others is as important as knowing when and whom to help.
People tend to give too much help to people who doesn't want it.
And it is a selfish way to feel good about oneself.
Not even bothered to see the harm one causes to those who will never learn their lessons cause they are always someone's concern.
And this interferes with the lives of both sides.
There is a balance in everything and being in a healthy relationship with your ego is the best you can do.

Sorry, the law of karma is far from simple. Most, especially in the West have very little understanding of it, but why should they, it can take years of intense study to realise the karmic law of cause, effect and the true nature of emptiness.Law of KARMA is simple but it is very typical to implement.

I hear you, and a huge part of me would tend to think the way you do. However, I have seen Karma do her thing just way too many times. There's something to it. Coincidence means it happens, but not usually. Best to be open minded about it, IMHO.Best get the voodoo doll out.
